Pays for Itself, or You Stop Paying.
Marketing should pay for itself. By day 90, a month of jobs from our leads should cover what that month costs you. If it doesn't, billing stops and we keep working until it does.
"Pays for itself" means your jobs cover the monthly cost.
By day 90, a month of booked jobs from our leads should bring in more than that month costs you, ad spend included. Here is that bar, per month.
Computed from the published prices. We check the third month after the clock starts, not the three months added up. Ad spend is paid straight to the ad platform, and it counts toward what a month costs you. It is not a refund: billing stops instead. It covers every plan, unless your written agreement or plan page says the plan has no guarantee. If you became a client before our current Terms, the guarantee you signed up with applies instead. On Acquisition, a month with ad spend below the $2,000 minimum does not count toward it.
The clock starts when we can do the work.
Not when you pay. If something we asked you for takes more than 5 business days, the clock pauses until we get it. It never resets.
- FoundationThe day your website is live and we have every login we need.
- AcquisitionThe day your ads start spending.
- EnterpriseThe day your first market's ads go live. Measured across the whole account.
Three steps, in writing.
We never assume a close rate. The check uses the jobs you actually booked.
- Tell us in writing An email saying you want to use the guarantee is enough.
- Show us the booked jobs The jobs from our tracked leads in the month being checked, with invoices or a job list. Until you send them, the clock pauses.
- Billing stops If they brought in less than that month cost you, our fee stops and we keep working until a month pays for itself. Ad spend still goes to the ad platform; it is not ours to stop. Then billing starts again.
Only jobs from leads we track count: a form or call-button tap on your website, a call or message through your Google listing, or a lead from ads we run for you. Word of mouth does not. Leads from Meta ads count only once we can check them against Meta's own data.
What we bring to the check
- Forms
- Call-Button Taps
- Your Analytics
- Search Console
- Your Google Listing Activity
- The Lead Tracker, Once Available
The lead tracker is never required to qualify.
What we ask of you.
Fair on both sides. If something on your side holds up the work, the clock pauses until it's sorted.
- Send us what we ask for, and the access we need
- Keep your business details accurate: hours, services, service areas
- Answer the real leads that come in
- Have room for the work
- Help us check the outcome
It keeps us honest about who we take on.
If we don't believe we can help a business, we say so and we don't take it on. And an account whose billing is paused is never a lower priority. The point is to get it working.
After another 90 days, either of us can end the plan.
And you keep everything in your name. The free work is all the guarantee gives: nothing you already paid is refunded.
