Stage 3: Enterprise

Scale What Works Across Every Market.

For multi-market, multi-location and franchise service businesses: every market run as one account, with local search and Google Ads in each.

From $2,499/mo for two markets, plus $750 for each additional market. Ad spend is separate, paid straight to the ad platform and pooled across your markets (at least $2,000 a month per market).

How Enterprise connects your markets. A drawing, not client data.
The problem

It happens one market at a time.

By the third or fourth market, the marketing looks like this.

A different setup in every market

Its own website, its own Google listing, its own ad account, and nobody looking at all of them together.

No shared view of what works

Each market reports differently, if it reports at all, so the good ones and the weak ones look the same from the top.

Your locations chasing the same searches

Two of your own markets can end up going after the same customers on Google, with nobody deciding which one should.

Budget split evenly

Every market gets the same money, whether it turns it into booked jobs or not.

Enterprise runs them as one.

Compare

Every market, side by side.

The same numbers for every market: ad spend, leads, cost per lead, the booked jobs you report, and return on ad spend (ROAS, the revenue from booked jobs for every dollar of ads).

How the comparison is laid out. A drawing, not client data.
  • Booked jobs decide. You tell us which leads booked in each market, and we move the budget.
  • In your client portal. Spend, leads and cost per lead for every market, with the latest data Google has. Booked jobs join them once our lead tracker is live.
  • A written review every quarter. What worked, what didn't, where the budget goes next.

Budget

Where should the next dollar go?

To the market that turns it into booked jobs. Your ad spend is pooled across the account, so money can move between markets without a new plan for each.

At least $2,000 a month per market, counted across the whole account. We move it as the booked jobs come in, and you see every move.

Multi-location SEO and ads

Copy what wins, market by market.

When a page, an ad or a listing works in one market, we roll it out to the others, adjusted for each. Enterprise is local search and Google Ads in every market, run together.

  1. Local SEO by market

Each market found for its own searches, without your locations competing.
  2. A Google Business Profile plan for every location

Categories, services and service areas set up so each listing covers its own ground.
  3. Market and location pages

A page for each market that says what you do there, in the words people there search.
  4. Google Ads, structured by market

Campaigns split by market, so every market's numbers stand on their own.
  5. Local Services Ads

In every market where your trade qualifies.
  6. The next market

When you expand, the setup that works is ready to copy.
Proof

What the work looks like in one market.

Enterprise is new, so the proof we can show is from one market. Enterprise is that same work, in every market, run as one account.

Cost per lead against the typical roofing and gutter leadAugust 2026

A gutter company in Florida

43.5% below the median

Cost per lead: what one form, call-button tap or call from the ad cost in ad spend, compared with the median for roofing and gutter companies.

Google Ads, 1 to 31 August 2026, pulled 25 September 2026. Roofing and gutters median: LocaliQ, 2025 home services benchmarks.

Stage 3: Enterprise

One account for every market you run.

Enterprise runs every market as one account, with local search and Google Ads in each.

  • A market is a branch, a territory, a metro or a location.
  • Ad spend is pooled across the account: at least $2,000 a month per market, and it can move to the markets that work.
  • The fee stays flat until pooled ad spend passes $5,000 a month per market. Above that, 10% of only the spend over.

Enterprise by number of marketsPrice a month, before ad spend

MarketsPrice a month
2$2,499
3$3,249
4$3,999
5$4,749
Each one after that+ $750
Example: 3 markets cost $3,249 a month. With $18,000 of ad spend across them, the pooled threshold is $15,000, so the fee is $3,249 plus 10% of $3,000: $3,549.
