Stage 1: Foundation

Google Business Profile

Get More Calls Straight From Your Google Listing.

People can call you from your Google listing, the map one with your reviews and the Call button, without ever opening your website. We set it up by Google's rules and keep it current, as part of Foundation.

The problem

The map runs on Google's rules, not luck.

Google says complete, accurate details help a listing show up, and some mistakes can get it suspended.

  • "Businesses with complete and accurate info are more likely to show up in local search results."

  • "If you’re a service-area business, you should hide your business address from customers."

Google Business Profile Help, "Guidelines for representing your business on Google", read 24 September 2026
  • "Including unnecessary information in your business name isn't permitted, and could result in the suspension of your Business Profile."

What we do

Set up right, kept current, and still yours.

Google Business Profile management, in plain words: your listing done by Google's rules, kept that way, and bringing in reviews.

Setup covers your categories, services, description, hours, service areas, links and the photos you send us, with your business name exactly as it is.

Every customer gets the same review link, happy or not. That's Google's rule, and it's why your stars stay believable.

If you leave, we remove our access, as Google's rules for agencies require.

See the Local SEO Work
  • Set up by Google's rules, with your address hidden if you go to the customer
  • Kept current: hours, holidays and services, with your Bing, Apple Maps and Yelp listings matching
  • A review kit: your Google review link, a QR code and wording for your texts and emails
  • Yours to keep: you own the listing, and we are added as a manager

What we won't do. Send your review link only to happy customers, write or buy reviews, or promise you a top spot on the map.

Questions owners ask

Straight answers.

How do I get more Google reviews?

Ask every customer the same way after the job: a text or email with your direct Google review link, or a QR code they can scan. Google does not allow a discount or anything else in return for a review, or asking only the happy ones. We set up the link, the QR code and the wording.

How do I rank higher on Google Maps?

Google says local results come mainly from how well your listing matches the search, how close you are, and how well known you are, reviews included. In its own words, "There's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking on Google." What you control: a complete, accurate listing and real reviews every month.

Why is my business not showing up on Google Maps?

Google's help pages point to four things: the listing is not verified, it is new (rankings can take up to a month), its details are wrong or missing, like the category or service area, or it broke a rule and was suspended. The free audit looks at your listing and says what we would fix first.

How do I add you as a manager on my Google Business Profile?

Google's steps: go to your Business Profile, select More, then Business Profile settings, then People and access. Select Add, enter the email we send you, choose Manager under Access, and select Invite. You stay the owner. Google tells agencies to ask for manager access, not ownership, and that is all we ask for.
